The Group includes several wholly owned subsidiaries (the Cyprus Commercial Co. Ltd, the General Engineering Co. Ltd,Archangelos Ltd,Ayios Andronicos Development Co. Ltd) and several associate companies (Westpark Ltd, Paladin Gem Sales Ltd. etc.). These companies cover a diverse spectrum of activities including property development, trade, agricultural production, shipping and information technology services through an associate company in Greece. All property assets of the Group appear on the financial statements at historic acquisition costs (over 20 years) with no revaluation.

The current value of the Group's assets is estimated at in excess of USD 40 million.The Managing Director of the Group is Mr. Pericles Manglis.Holder of the professional Mechanical Engineering degree and a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mr. Manglis joined the family business in 1968 after working in the consulting business for 3 years with Dynatech Corp in the United States.
