The primary purpose of the company is the pursuit of business opportunities in the telecommunication sector by identifying opportunities for investments, examining their feasibility, securing the necessary resources for their implementation and proceeding with the implementation and management of viable projects.

The implementation of projects to preferably be made mainly through the formation of business consortia and joint ventures with other telecommunication companies specializing in the sector.

The long-term strategic objective of the Company is to become a major player in the dynamic and fast moving world of telecommunications.
